This page is for saltshacktas.com and for the Facebook app we use to run our own ads. It is not a product other people sign up for.

Who we are

Salt Shack is a waterfront Airbnb in Saltwater River, Tasmania. We run this website so guests can see the place and book on Airbnb.

The Facebook ads app

We use a Meta app called mcp-for-cursor so the hosts can manage Salt Shack Facebook and Instagram ads from Cursor. Only people with a role on that app and on our ad account can use it.

When we sign in, Meta lets the app:

• see our ad account, campaigns, ads, and results
• create or change ads we already have permission to run

The app does not collect information from visitors to this website. It only uses data Meta already shows us in Ads Manager.

This website

If you open saltshacktas.com, we use:

• Meta Pixel, for page views. If you click a Book on Airbnb button, we send a Lead event.
• Google Analytics (GA4), for page views. The same Book click sends a book_airbnb event.

Those tools may set cookies. You can block them in your browser if you want.

Airbnb

Book buttons go to Airbnb. Once you leave this site, Airbnb's own privacy policy applies.
